OUTDOOR CLASSROOM (สัมผัสวิถีเกษตรอินทรีย์)

There are 3 course of the outdoor classroom offered for your choosing at your level of interest as followed.

Beingner's Course, 1 - 3 Hours.

Recommended for those with less time and need to get an overall picture of organic agricuhure.

Activities Include:

Welcome with rice grass leave beverage
orientation about the project
observe exhibition, green house, organic vegetable garden and demonstration field
shop for organic product

Amateur's Course, 1 Day

Recommended for those seeking knowledge about farming in the old days and the growing of organic vegetables in short.

Activities Include:

9.00 - 10.30 am. Welcome with rice grass leave beverage, Orientation about the project, walk around the surrounding area of welcome and demonstration.
10.30 - 12.00 am. Observe the project from a driven car starting from cattle pen organic field, vegetable garden and fruit orchard, iotus pond and swan pool, fertilizer fermentation site, and rice mill.
12.00 - 13.00 pm. Larch at khao hom sukho shop.
13.00 - 15.00 pm. Change for working in the demonstration field starting with using buffalo for ploughing, transplanting harvesting with scythe, treshing, and milling.
15.00 - 15.20 pm. Clean up and refresh with rice grass leave ice cream.
15.20 - 16.20 pm. plant vegetable and learn how to take car of vegetable without using chemi cals, pick up fresh vegetable to take home.
16.20 - 17.00 pm. Clean up and change the costume, shop project product.

OUTDOOR CLASSROOM FOR PROFESSIONALS, 3 DAY

DAY, 1

9.00 - 10.30 am. Welcome with rice grass leave beverage, Orientation about the project, walk around surrounding area of welcome and demonstrat.
10.30 - 12.00 am. Obeserve the project from a driven car starting from cattle pen, vegetable garden, and fruit orchard, lotus pond and swan pool, fertilizer fermenting site and rice mill.
12.00 - 13.00 pm. Lunch at khao Hom Sukho Shop.
13.00 - 14.30 pm. Learn how to make organic bio solution.
14.30 - 16.00 pm. Plant vegetable, learn how to take care of vegetable ganden and pick up fresh vegetable.
16.00 - 18.00 pm. Prepare food from freshly picked vegetable Dinner.

DAY, 2

8.00 - 9.00 am. Breakfast
9.00 - 12.00 am. Change clothes to work in the demonstration field, Starting with using bufflalo to plough the field, transplaning, harvesting with scythe, treshing and milling.
12.00 - 12.30 pm. Lunch at khao Hom Sukho Shop.
13.30 - 15.40 pm. Take a car ride to observe activities and join the work at the mill using the small milling machine grade rice grain a and pack.
15.40 - 16.00 pm. Clean up and refresh with rice grass leave icr cream.
16.00 - 17.00 pm. Bicycling around the integrated field to listen to the bird and enjoy the afternoon atmosphere of the paddy field.
17.00 - 18.00 pm. Dinner

DAY, 3

8.00 - 9.00 am. Breakfast
9.00 - 9.30 am. collect and clean duck organic eggs.
9.30 - 11.00 am. Learn how to make organic fertilizer at the land site.
11.00 - 12.00 am. Clean up and change.
12.00 - 13.00 pm. Lunch at khao Hom Sukho Shop.
13.00 -15.00 pm. observe weaving, pottery making, and rattan work.
15.00 - 16.00 pm. Pick up fresh vegetables to take home and shop for project products.
